We need a personal review of the property and contents, as well as a chance to learn more about your expectations. We can’t reserve sale dates or discuss commission rates and fees without seeing the job. Sounds reasonable? We learn what we need to know in order to provide excellent service, and you get your questions answered in person.
When meeting with a PEERLESS Estate Sales Project Manager, you and your family should be very close to final decisions on what you will be keeping from the house and what needs to be sold. If you are only in the beginning stages of moving out of the house, we’re happy to offer an informational interview to help with your planning and share what part we can play in this important transition when the time comes. It is best, however, if your move dates are already settled—or very close to being confirmed—so the meeting can discuss our work as part of your plan with dates in place and a deadline to be met.
We prefer to meet with the decision-maker or owner of the property rather than a representative who would then relay key points of our meeting. Priorities tend to get lost in translation when we don’t meet with the person who is responsible for the estate collection and empowered to eventually sign a contract.
Please ask about a FaceTime appointment with your Project Manager. It’s often the best choice for both of you.

Having us leave your house empty and clean is a wonderful thing! Let us be the last step that happens in the house before turning it over to contractors for renovation, a Realtor for listing photographs, or a new owner in time for closing.
